Eleva Elevators & Escalators Pvt Ltd ("Eleva," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website (the "Site") or submit an enquiry through it.

Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you accept the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

  • Phone number
  • Company or organisation name (if applicable)
  • Project or site details - such as building type, location, floor count, and requirement description
  • The specific product or service category you are enquiring about (for example, home elevator, car parking system, or annual maintenance contract)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain data is collected automatically by our systems and third-party analytics tools:

  • Device and browser information, including type, version, and operating system
  • IP address and approximate geographic location at city or region level
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
  • Referring website or search query that brought you to the Site
  • UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) appended to URLs from our advertising campaigns
  • Google click identifier (gclid) from Google Ads campaigns
  • Facebook click identifier (fbclid) from Meta advertising campaigns

UTM, gclid, and fbclid values are stored in your browser's local storage and associated with any lead or enquiry you submit so we can attribute conversions to the correct advertising campaign.

1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies. The categories of cookies we use are:

  • Essential cookies - required for the Site to function, including session management. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies - used to understand how visitors interact with the Site.
  • Advertising or conversion cookies - used to measure the effectiveness of our Google Ads campaigns and attribute enquiries to the correct campaign.

You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit certain Site functionality. Our Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your enquiries, provide quotations, and deliver the services you request
  • To process and track service requests, site visits, and installation or maintenance scheduling
  • To send you information about your enquiry status or related Eleva products and services only where you have requested this or have an ongoing relationship with us
  • To measure and attribute website conversions to the correct advertising campaign, whether from Google Ads, Meta Ads, or organic channels
  • To analyse Site usage patterns and improve the user experience, content, and performance of our website
  • To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of our systems
  • To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes

3. Analytics and Tracking Tools

We use the following third-party tools to analyse Site traffic and user behaviour. Each tool has its own privacy policy which governs how it handles data.

3.1 Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to collect anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, device type, and geographic region. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish users. Data is transmitted to and stored on Google servers.

You may opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

3.2 Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to record anonymised session replays and heatmaps. This helps us understand how users navigate our pages. Clarity may collect mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page interactions. It does not collect personally identifiable information such as names or contact details during session recording.

Microsoft's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement.

3.3 Google Ads Conversion Tracking

When you submit an enquiry, click to call, or click WhatsApp after arriving via a Google Ads advertisement, we may fire a conversion event to Google Ads to record that the website interaction occurred. These events are tied to your gclid where available and are used solely to measure campaign performance. No personal contact details are shared with Google as part of conversion tracking.

4. Lead Data Storage and Attribution

When you submit an enquiry form on any page of the Site, including product pages, service pages, and Google Ads landing pages, we store the following data in our secure database:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and message
  • The page URL from which the enquiry was submitted
  • The product or service category of the page
  • First-touch attribution data: the UTM parameters and ad click identifiers present on your very first visit to the Site
  • Last-touch attribution data: the UTM parameters and ad click identifiers present at the time of form submission
  • Approximate timestamp of submission

This data is used exclusively by Eleva staff to respond to your enquiry and to measure which advertising campaigns or channels generate genuine business enquiries. We do not share this data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

To prevent duplicate leads, our system deduplicates submissions based on a combination of email address, phone number, the page URL, and enquiry type. If you submit the same enquiry twice, only one record is retained.

5. Brochure Downloads

Certain pages on the Site allow you to download a product brochure. To access the brochure, you are asked to submit your name, phone number, and email address. This information is stored as a lead record and used to follow up with you regarding your interest. Brochure download links are time-limited and associated with a single-use access token, and they cannot be shared indefinitely.

6. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers and partners: We may share your contact details with Eleva's authorised installation or service partners in Goa or Maharashtra solely for the purpose of fulfilling your service request or arranging a site visit.
  • Analytics platforms: We share anonymised, aggregated usage data with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity as described above. These platforms receive no personally identifiable contact details from form submissions.
  • Legal obligations: We may disclose your information where required by applicable Indian law, court order, or regulatory authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Eleva, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These include:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) across the entire Site
  • Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms before storage
  • Access controls limiting database access to authorised personnel only
  • Lead data accessible only through a password-protected admin panel

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at care@eleva.in.

8. Retention of Your Data

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with our legal obligations. In practice:

  • Enquiry and lead records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years to enable service follow-up and business record-keeping.
  • Analytics data held by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is subject to the retention settings configured within those platforms and their own data policies.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
