Job Description (Sales Manager)

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company‚Äôs customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have at least 7-8 years of experience in elevator industry.
  • Should have existing relationship with real estate developers and experience in business development of products /supplies in Goa.
  • Should have prior experience in managing large business volumes.
  • An innate flair for accepting challenges and abilities in managing a team and achieving desired targets.
  • An effective communicator with good presentation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships and establish beneficial relationships with partners.
  • Ability to build and retain strong adviser-client relationship.

Education

  • Graduate (any stream)/ Graduate (BMS) & MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience

  • 7-8 years in elevator industry

Salary

  • 45-80k based on experience.
