Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have at least 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Should have existing relationship with real estate developers and experience in business development of products /supplies in Goa.
  • Should have prior experience in managing large business volumes.
  • An innate flair for accepting challenges and abilities in managing a team and achieving desired targets.
  • An effective communicator with good presentation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships and establish beneficial relationships with partners.

Education

Salary
