Job Description

  • Proven relevant work experience in Sales
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Zeal to learn new concepts quickly and apply innovative ideas to achieve the best results.
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi & Konkani language.
  • Physically fit to travel extensively within Goa.
  • Familiar with Goa locations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Develop, build, and manage a client base.
  • Responsible for the sales and development of new potential business
  • Generate inquiries through cold calling and on-field sales.
  • Generate inquiries and references, and explore new opportunities in the assigned region.
  • Responsible for arranging meetings with owners/builders, etc in order to secure sales orders.
  • Actively contribute to Sales meetings to keep colleagues informed about customers and your product range.
  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and respond pro-actively to the concerns of customers
  • Ensure monthly targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with Operations team to sort out customer issues on priority.
  • Guide new joiners in the team at all stages.
  • Any other tasks associated sales tasks as and when required.

  • 1-3 years in any industry
