- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have at least 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Should have existing relationship with real estate developers and experience in business development of products /supplies in Goa.
- Should have prior experience in managing large business volumes.
- An innate flair for accepting challenges and abilities in managing a team and achieving desired targets.
- An effective communicator with good presentation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships and establish beneficial relationships with partners.

- Graduate (any stream)/ Graduate (BMS) & MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Minimum 10 years in Elevator Industry
- 45-60k based on experience.
