Job Description

  • Recordkeeping of all available stock components, tools and equipment’s.
  • When required, ensure that the requisition is raised on time for stock re-order.
  • Ensure inward outward register is maintained for all materials
  • Assist the Store in-charge in material handling.
  • Ensure inward outward register is maintained for office tools and equipment carried by field staff.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of material on site as and when required.
  • Keep record of the goods/stock received from supplier, verify the same with PO and ensure timely update to Store In-charge & purchase team.
  • Maintain safety gadgets on store and re-order as and when required
  • Follow store procedures that are set.
  • Assist in making new procedures as and when required.
  • Maintain the store in clean and organized manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven relevant work experience as store assistance
  • Good knowledge computers and MS Office.
  • Must have excellent communications
  • Must have good attention to detail.
  • Flexible and willing to learn/ take up tasks as per requirements.
